Movement&Lines?

Movement&Lines is a coaching platform owned by me, Coach Loraine. Every day I'm searching for "The Line Of Movement" in Artistic Sports by making ballet programs, choreographies or working on gymnastics skills.

With this platform I fly around the world to make choreographies and do clinics and workshops for clubs and companies. I'm coaching at elite (talent groups and level 9/10 at the moment) level as well! Most assignments are in gymnastics, yet ballet assignments for sports like vaulting horse riding and other artistic sports are not unusual as well.

Feel free to email and check which possibilities are there for you as an athlete, as a sports club or as an organization.

For example:

  • Online schooling sessions for coaches and gymnast (check out the agenda)

  • Floor & beam choreography made for you as a gymnast.

  • Workshops and clinics at location or online, especially made for your gymnasts, club or organization

  • Recorded ballet routines

Sweden

For 1,5 years I worked in Sweden, Malmõ. Here I worked together with Janie Alström, Eddie Olsson & Frederic Pierreville.

At this point I was the ballet teacher for all Elite gymnasts (WAG & MAG), choreographer for the Elite WAG group & head coach for boys under 11 years old.

There was the opportunity to participate in multiple national camps:

  • WAG National testing, together with Tonya Paulsson.

  • MAG Talent groups.

"It was a great experience with these gymnasts and coaches from Malmö and all around Sweden!"

Highlight: Tonya Paulsson became 14th Allround at the European Championships 2021. The best result ever made for Sweden at an AA Final. She performed this result with our floor & beam choreography.

TEAM NL

For several years I'm helping out with Dutch National programs and education (organized by the Dutch Gymnastics Federation).

  • National Talent Group 2021: these camps where organized for selected talented gymnasts (10-13 YO) and coaches. I've been asked as choreographer at floor.

  • Talent Sessions: helping out coaches and gymnast (7-9 YO) in different regions with beam acrobatics, ballet, leaps & turns.

  • National education program to become a Women Artistic Gymnastics Coach: caring for the Choreographing, leaps and turns at the online education. Further caring for example floor routines in the new system of 2021, together with Daymon Montaigne Jones.

  • Taking care of several education schooling session for the Dutch Federation, about choreography subjects.

Netherlands

I've started coaching at VGV Varsseveld and at GTV De Hazenkamp. At GTV the Hazenkamp I've started shadowing Marja Huijting (choreographer) and learning from her and other coaches. Thanks to my sports study I could spend 5 days of volunteering work and learning at the club every week. A great learning experience for multiple years!

After the experience in Sweden I started Movement&Lines, while working at De Bosan Turnacademie. An enthusiastic gymnastics club with a very structured coaching team. My task was coaching for a few days and the responsible choreographer for all of the girls. At the choreographer role I helped them out with their jumps/leaps, turns and ballet program. Big smiles from gymnasts and enormous dedication from everyone made working at De Bosan Turnacademie more than fun!

USA

This year I was invited to First in Flight Gymnastics to help out for over 3 months with their level 8-10 floor/beam routines, beam programs, ballet, leaps and turns. A total new system and great to see a different kind of gymnastics structure. A warm welcome from gymnasts, coaches and parents.

Who knows until soon...
